Donna Breen
Donna Breen is a freelance artist. She has owned her own business in the Rochester, New York area for over 20 years. Donna is a self taught artist and works in pen and ink, watercolor and acrylics. She lives in the country with her husband Rick and their favorite friend “Oscar” a Lab/Hound mix that they adopted from a shelter 14 years ago. When not painting, Donna works in her expansive flower and water garden, home of Koi, butterflies and numerous bird species. This serves as a tremendous inspiration for her art and creativity.
